I’m Dr. Victoria Bathe, a licensed psychologist with a passion for helping couples thrive.

Based in Arlington, VA, I specialize in relationship therapy and counseling for both couples and individuals.

My style is warm, collaborative, humorous at times, and grounded in evidence-based approaches like:

Assessment Period + Lunch Break (2 hours)

  • Couples complete structured relationship assessments independently

  • Optional journaling or reflection prompts provided

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

Individual Session (90 minutes)

  • Partner 1’s personal and relationship history

  • Emotional needs

  • Reflections on conflict, concerns, and hopes for change

3:00 - 3:30

Break (30 minutes)

Day 2: Insight, Integration, and Forward Movement

Therapist Feedback + Insight Session (90 minutes)

  • Feedback on strengths, growth edges, levels of commitment, and degree of satisfaction

  • Unpacking concerns, emotional sensitivities, and triggers

  • Framing the day ahead

Pattern-Focused Session (90 minutes)

  • Identifying core interactional cycles

  • Seeing your pattern as a shared challenge
