WHAT WE CAN DO TOGETHER
Services
Individual Therapy
You might feel stuck—ready for change, but unsure where to start. What’s worked in one part of your life may not be helping in another. Maybe you’re carrying stress alone, feeling disconnected or overwhelmed, and longing to feel more confident, connected, and at-ease. I offer personalized, goal-focused therapy that combines thoughtful emotional exploration with practical tools to support meaningful, lasting change.
Couples Therapy
Relationships can face strain from conflict, disconnection, or big life changes—and even healthy couples benefit from support. I offer weekly couples therapy, intensive sessions, and premarital/pre-commitment work to help you reconnect and grow. Using Integrative Behavioral Couple Therapy (IBCT), ACT, Relationship Life Therapy, and/or the Gottman Method, we’ll break unhelpful patterns and strengthen your foundation for lasting connection.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
Evidence-Based Practice
Effective therapy is both art and science—grounded in research, but tailored to you. I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Integrative-Behavioral Couple Therapy (and more) to help you build insight, shift patterns, and create meaningful change. These tools are adapted to fit your unique background, values, and lived experience, so therapy feels relevant, affirming, and effective.

Clarity, connection, and a way forward begins here
Whether you’re navigating personal challenges or relationship struggles, therapy can help you reconnect with what matters most. Growth begins with the courage to face what’s difficult, not to dwell in it—but to move through it with intention. Together, we’ll work toward building a life, or a partnership, that feels more connected, authentic, and fulfilling.
Ready to get started? Let’s make this next part simple.
Schedule a free consultation.
We’ll discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, and I’ll share about my approach and how I can help. I’ll answer your questions and we decide if I’m the right therapist for you.
Dive into therapy tailored for you.
Every person is unique and I believe the journey through therapy should reflect that. We’ll start the process of unfolding your story, learning coping skills, and holding space for your pain. This is an honest, judgement-free zone. You can laugh, you can cry, but the most important thing is that you’ll have the space to do whatever you need.
Experience growth and change.
The work can be hard, but it will be worth it. I use empirically-backed strategies to help you create the changes you want to see in your life and in your relationships. You deserve to feel healthy, happy, and whole — and effective therapy can help you get there.
“The ultimate goal of therapy…it’s too hard a question. The words come to me like tranquility, like fulfillment, like realizing your potential.”
— Irvin D. Yalom
